This is 45 year old white female. Patient reports anxiety and bilateral leg pain. Patient reports she was raped in 2014 and her legs were stabbed on her legs; 4 places to right, and 3 places to left. Also patient reports she is a resident at the Lovelady Center and works on a hard congcreat and makes her lags ache; muscle. Patient reports chronic anxiety, increased restlessness, lake of concentration, and insomnia. Patient reports some depressive moods, denies thoughts of suicide or homicide. Patient is taking all meds as prescribed. Patient denies chest pain, SOB, N/V? D., or fever. Current pain 8/10 to her legs. acceptable pain 3-4/10. Patient is fasting today, will draw labs: TSH, (screenign for thyroid disease), LIPID (screenign for lipid
