Lee Iacocca was born October 15, 1924 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was hired by Ford Motor Co. and was noted for his successful promotion of Mustang. Although he had the idea for the mustang, It was Donald Frey who oversaw the design of the mustang. The mustang was a hit or miss for him. If the mustang wasn’t a success he would’ve lost his job. Lucky for him it was a success and he became a big hit for ford.
