I was feeling very nervous and worried when I was sitting on the long brown rectangular table. Four competitions were sitting by me waiting to know if they were going to be the next LeBron 19. Whoever was chosen had the honor of LeBron to wear them in the NBA Finals.The Nike designers opened the door and I felt a wave of cold air come room. I was sweating and my heart was thumping as fast as the speed of light. Mike came in and sat on the blue chair. Mike said that they have made the final decision. There was a huge crowd in Cleveland was waiting for the release. Mike stood up said congratulations to me. I was a self lacing high top shoe filled with red, blue, white colors, I had a strap, and I was very comfortable to wear. My dream happened, I was the LeBron 19. …show more content…
We departed with the bus that had all of the players heading to the deciding game . It was nice and warm outside with the sun shining very bright. We arrived and started to exit toward the nice locker rooms. Coach drew the gameplan and LeBron put me on his feet. I felt so happy that I was about to burst. We entered the court where the crowd was as loud as a booming thunder. Everyone was wearing red and clapping out of cheers. The game started and LeBron was missing every shot. After the 3rd quarter LeBron had only 5 points and we were losing. Crowd was booing at me and LeBron. This time I didn’t get down on myself. I was confident to contribute in the 4th quarter. The longest 5 seconds of my life were left in the fourth quarter. LeBron had 25 points but we were losing by two. Coach wrote a quick play and we were confident when entering the slippery court. The referee blew the whistle and LeBron received the ball and shot the three. SWISH! The crowd cheered and jumped because we won! I knew to never give up because then I could overcome my obstacles.Finally, everyone started to like me after the
