Lebron James: Producing A Basketball Team

Introduction

The method we used to introduce our team imitated the introduction the NBA uses at the beginning of each game to introduce its players. There is one MC on the microphone that has the task to hype up the crowd and get the audience excited. As an entertaining way of introducing our team members we chose this method. The team was introduced by first stating each team members height, topic they will present on, their hometown and the number they were wearing (we all wore NBA jerseys as a part of our team uniform). The reason we chose this form to introduce our team was because we wanted to re-create the NBA atmosphere because being an NBA star means things are done loud, flashy, and sometimes over the top, this is not a bad thing, this is simply the life of a

The reason we chose him is because he is a current player, a 3 time NBA champion, has made significant contributions to the game of basketball, he was propelled into the limelight at a young age because of his amazing talent, he has been in the limelight since he was a teenager, he is a great role model, team mates who play with him strive for greatness because that’s the standard he sets. He has a number of charities dedicated to improving the lives of youth in his community, he is a business man and a family man. LeBron James is a leader who leads from the front, leading by example and sacrificing your own statistics for the team is one of the reasons he has enjoyed a rewarding career, and continues to have a successful career. One journalist wrote an article about LeBron, Graham, B.A (2016, June 20). “Its time to call LeBron James what he is: the NBA’s greatest ever player”. The Guardian. Even this title doesn’t capture all aspects of LeBron James, especially his altruistic contributions made off the court.
