Next semester the high school teachers would like to put in place a leave pass system as a way to decrease instruction interruption and increase student learning.

The leave pass system is designed to help keep students engaged and in class more frequently. It will also be used as an accountability system to help students recognize the expectations of the five-minute passing periods. At this age, it is important for students to understand the significance of class time to their education and to use the time provided to them already to use the restroom, get a drink, and get any necessary items or materials for their upcoming class.

I have attached the document that we wish to use. Each pass will serve as the passes for ONE week
