Imagine that you have just been in the worst mood and can't shake it, everything makes you want to explode! People are continuing to give your grief and saying things like, "Stop being a Debby Downer," and other such sayings. You escape into your room and turn on your favorite peaceful music, and 15 minutes later you feel refreshed and you have a better attitude. This isn't just a fluke, using music to improve your mood has been proven by science that it works. Eating a quick snack to improve your mood has also been proven to work.
