The first one that we talked was Behaviorism in one of our first reading of Educational Psychology says “is the view that behavior should be explained by observable experiences, not by mental processes”(Santrock p.218). Then we talked about Cognitivism during the next week and in class we talk about the differences and similarities between them. We saw that Cognitivism is a reaction to Behaviorism it is using mental processes and one big difference is that Cognitivist use models in the classroom so students will look up to them and want to act like them. When we started talking about Humanism I did not understand the paradigm at all even when I did read the article that was assigned for homework and talked about it in class. It was a difficult thing to do but I found it interesting because I now know what paradigm I fit in right now and the way Iearn. Like I stated before, I fit in cognitivism because of using problem solving, mental processes, remember and others. Sometimes I will lack the remember part but I can use other concepts to help me in my
