Learning style strengths:
The learning style assessment tool stated my strengths are tactile, auditory, and visual are the sequence of order, from the learning assessment tool. The strongest point is tactile sensory skills, which I believe is in everyone, which increase learning potential. Even in my work environment I try to involve most of my job duties, with a hands-on approach. The weak point is auditory and visual skill affected because of bright lights and the sun, which affects my vision in order to absorb and learn what 's happening in my environment. All things considered labeling, multi-sensory learners reach my learning potential to the highest degree.

This meant that dealing, with personality traits as a student, classmate, family and friends I showed a level of respect for self and others. Respect people and their personal views of self and how they see the world. Interacting, with family and friends equally connected, except I am more conscious of the feelings of family and friends and I react to circumstances differently. Respecting the integrity, dedication, and professionalism is a personality trait required, for working in a school system. The INTJs evaluation states that “respect the established rules of communications, although at times they may see them as a formality or a relic of tradition” (Jung typology test, 2011). We should do is look into ourselves and change what’s negative in our lives to a positive outlook. “Understand and be understood: the way we come across in communication” (Jung typology test, 2011). Communication a key factor when exchanging of words or physical contact involved. The most important way to communicate in any situation is to listen, learn, and change when needed.
Challenges with different personalities and learning styles in the way you communicate with others:
The relationship with my fiancé, which is sometimes challenging at times because I observe changes in both of our personalities. The first challenge which affects our relationship is or communication roles with each other. Questioning each other and judging each other’s perception or reality thereof. Our personality traits matched, by taking the Jung assessment except for his strengths were higher in percentages as an “iNtuitive”
