Within this week course discussion 1 assignment , The person that I have picked to discuss their "Learning Patterns is my ( " Brother - in - Law " ) , Whose name is - "Billy " . My reason for chosen him , is that to me , on the day's that I see / and work with him on his " Concrete Finishing Job's " , and around his home on a weekly basis , I continuously finds his "Patterns " to be = Technical Reason - ( 30 ) , Sequence - ( 29 ) , Precision - ( 25 ) , and Confluence - ( 20 ) .
Every time I see him , His "Patterns " is always the same , He will talk about amount / or cost to do a job of forming the foundation , and laying the concrete , and how long it will take to do it all , and then he will explain how / and why the cost / or amount is totaled out to be that amount / or cost , and he will give the full measurement for the foundation , and the concrete for the job to be done . …show more content…
But I am not as experience as he is / and nor am I as education as he is for the type of work that he does , most time I am training from him on how to do that type of work .
My own "Learning Patterns " are : Sequence = ( 30 ) , Precision = ( 29 ) , Technical Reasoning = ( 25 ) , and Confluence = ( 14 ) .
I guest you can see from my own " Learning Patterns " why I have said how I feel my brother - in - law should use his "Patterns " , but he does not know why he is doing the thing that he do , the way he is doing it , because he has not taken a course as I am to know , and see / or understand how , and why he does things the way he does them
