Furthermore, I appreciate that my childhood teacher. He gave us opportunities for student-centered learning through inquiring. He encouraged us to discover the problems by investigating and doubting the phenomenon. He taught us how to inquiry by thinking critically. In the beginning, I am not confident enough to ask what I could not understand. He always encouraged me to be brave and lead me to ask positively. His patient answering made me encouraged to ask more questions and learn more, which solved the barrier of my study and let me get progress. Form the experience, I learned that learning through inquiry is efficient path for children to learn better. What was inquired during the child’s study can tell the educator the main barriers the child met in the learning process. Solving the inquiry for the child can help the child closer to developing the learning capacity. In all, through the course “Learning Through Exploration and Playing”, I found many useful theories. Some I experienced in my childhood and the other methods which were experimented and practiced would be significant to be applied to early childhood education.
