After reading this article and looking at both types of decision making models, I have come to the conclusion that the Action Priority Matrix is the one that suites me best based on the decisions I experience most. I seem to have a lot of things to do in my life. Many of these responsibilities I did not put on my previous Responsibilities Exercise simply because it was too many things to list in a nice, organized chart.
Since I am involved with many things, I could benefit from using the chart given in the Action Priority Matrix. This matrix allows me to put what I feel is most beneficial with the least amount of effort possible, as well what I feel will be the most effort, but the least effective. I am currently participating in the Easter production that is put out every year for the public. I have been in two, this is my third. I know this is on the high impact side of the chart or box not only because this play has the potential to lead people to Christ, but also because it takes commitment every week until the production is finished. Usually practice runs 3 hours or so. This play has lead many non-believers to the Lord over the years with our story lines and perspectives.
