Children with learning disabilities are only limited to their full potential if proper help is never given. Being a teacher will place you in many different situations in which one, if not a few more, students will fail to comprehend the material being thought. The fact that majority of the class might understand does not mean everyone will, some need a little extra help. It is important to understand that not all kids can learn the same way. In the video, Learning about Learning Disabilities, a child with the language based disability, expressive language, is having difficulty understanding what the teacher is assigning, as time passes, he is still lost and has yet to ask for help.
