Fish oil and other things with Omega-3 can help inflammation as well. Supporting your good bugs in your body can help, so eating high fiber and probiotic foods can help as well.
Managing stress is a big factor as well. This alone affects your microbiome, and your inflammation. So reducing stress helps all three of the strategies already listed. So do something that helps with stress, such as yoga, or just being more cheerful with moments. Removing sugar is obviously a good part of making you feel better, but removing all sugar from your diet is something very difficult to do, so just keep those foods to an occasional food.
All of these strategies will help remove inflammation, leaky gut, stress, and other factors. Or, one major thing to do, is just adjust your exercise schedule, or what you do.
