Leaky Gut: How To Change Your Diet

Most athletes, once they hit their middle ages, feel worse than they felt before they started the gym. These people go to the gym almost 5 to 6 days a week, and know what to do when feeling this way. Change their diet, or workout. Although, most of them just mark it up for old age. Even though they haven't changed their workout since they were in their 20s.

Most of these people will not change their workout for 30 years, resulting in something called leaky gut. This layer is very vulnerable, but it keeps out the food particles and other things that shouldn't go through. If this happens you can get inflammation, more susceptible to diseases like diabetes, and can cause depression as well. This is because your gut makes up most of your serotonin.

Heavy workouts make inflammation, and leaky gut makes it worse. So foods like salmon are good to eat, as they do not cause as bad inflammation as other foods. Fish oil and other things with Omega-3 can help inflammation as well. Supporting your good bugs in your body can help, so eating high fiber and probiotic foods can help as well.

Managing stress is a big factor as well. This alone affects your microbiome, and your inflammation. So reducing stress helps all three of the strategies already listed. So do something that helps with stress, such as yoga, or just being more cheerful with moments. Removing sugar is obviously a good part of making you feel better, but removing all sugar from your diet is something very difficult to do, so just keep those foods to an occasional food.

All of these strategies will help remove inflammation, leaky gut, stress, and other factors. Or, one major thing to do, is just adjust your exercise schedule, or what you do. This may also help a long way. All of these strategies help all of the problems listed and then some. So do not mark it as old age and fix
