What’s important to me: Having a personal relationship with God-so He can direct all of my decisions. My family is important to me because I want them to know they are loved and wanted (the bad times may seem to outweigh the good times but I want them to be able to reflect on the good times and have those moments forever etched in their hearts and minds). Helping others has always been important to me. I also want to be able to support programs that help individuals get a step-up on life (the smallest act of kinds can last someone a lifetime).

If individuals do not adhere to these requirements, I must take corrective action. I believe in progressive corrective actions. First would be a verbal counseling, if the behavior continued I would issue a letter of reprimand. If the behavior is still not corrected, I would recommend to leadership to remove the individual from their current position (less responsible and pay). The final act would be to have the person discharged from the service or for harsher offensives seek
