Leading by example. We grow up throughout our lives hearing those words. Those words are the ones that empower us to lead, not just by example, but to lead. Growing up a modern day teenager, we are told a lot to lead by example and grow up with leaders all around us. I believe that leading by example is a true fact based on evidence that has changed and inspired me. People who have led others into victory, hope, and believing they can change the world and those are the people who change our lives; they are the true leaders by example.
