Leadership Vs Followership

The most effective moral demands of followership for me is the servant (exemplary) followership. According to Johnson (2012), “most people spend most of their time in follower roles and that followers contributes the most to organizational success” (Johnson, 2012. p.278). I also agree the point that Robert Kelly believes that servant followership is more important than servant leadership. In fact, it an organization has certain followers who are the servant followers, it would influence the entire atmosphere in the organization. Other followers will follower them as a role model, and further willing to follow the leader.
