This type of leadership style tends to be the least effective leadership style out of the three different leadership styles. They are not only important for the leaders and employees of the business because it displays the actual organizational structure of the company but also shows the employees of the organization where they can move up within the organization. The organizational chart allows the employees to see who are above and below them in the organization. Often times there are many circumstances where employees want to communicate ideas with the organization but must communicate those ideas who the employee above them in the organization. In order to maintain good relationships with those in the organization, one must respect those in higher positions in the organization and go above them to communicate your ideas.
