Leadership Style Survery Paper

According to the short survey that I took on the “Leadership Style Survery” quiz I took on-line my leadership style in democratic, (Leadership Style Survey, 2015). This leadership style involves the leader including one or more employee in the decision making process. The leader maintains the final decision making authority. Democratic leadership style is a sign of strength that the employees will respect. Being this style did not surprise me I believe I would always ask those around me what their thoughts were before making a decision. I understand that I cannot know everything.

The nurse leader I interviewed informed me that her leadership style is ‘servant’. She furthered explained it as like Jesus Christ, she puts others
