There had been several leaders who had conduct tremendous improvement in leadership in the past years; however, Collen Barret is one of the most influential women of our generation, due to her hard work, dedication and servant leadership style. Ms. Barret managed to create and manage the most successful airline companies in US history. Collen Barret was born in Bellows Falls, Vermont in 1944. When Ms. Barret was a child she wanted to be a lawyer; however, she didn’t have the money to go to law school, but she managed to attend the Becker Junior College and graduated when she was 23 (1968).
