Leadership self-analysis and potential
As we have seen from this weeks readings there are a number of styles of leadership and multiple personality types. My strengths rely in focused detail and the ability to liaise, coordinate and support a diverse range of workers across different skill sets and cultures. A forward thinking approach taking into account overall objectives and business needs and applying individual tasks to the appropriate individual and teams while keeping all involved abreast of the bigger picture. While there are a number of positive aspects, it is important to also self identify any areas where it is not a strength.
