The Importance Of Leadership Roles

Throughout this paper, there is going to be information about some leadership roles that I had performed over the course of my life. For instance, a formal leadership role that I recently had performed in college was on a research paper assignment that one of classmates needed my help because he was receiving a bad grade on the statistics class, so he needed to get a really good grade on the paper in order to pass the class. I encouraged him to do some research before we get together because that could help me to understand what type of information he wanted to include in his paper. I enjoyed helping him because he was engaged to find new ideas that we could combine it in a useful way. I only hold to the position of a leader just a day because …show more content…
Some of the techniques she uses is that every time I didn’t understand a world to circle it but also to read it slowly because even though I didn’t understand a word, I can be able understand the sentence. She also encouraged the students with group projects to see who wins a prize of which it was a form of using positive reinforcement. The projects would include to read class materials and tell her what the readings was about. She made the class fun but also relevant to her goal that was to teach the students in a fun way while the students to learn new materials.
A leadership quality that I am lacking right now is that in order to be a good leader you should acquire patience. A leader should not be lacking of patience because it is hard to find a way to solve a problem effectively. I am willing to learn to have patience in my life because I would definitely be going to needed during my life cycle.
