Participating in this leadership course was essential for my nursing career and my personal life as well. Knowing that you don’t need to have a position to be leader, it made a very difference in my point of view concerning leadership. Learning about the importance of self awareness, communication skills, delegation, conflict management and other topics improved my knowledge and my leadership skills. Not assuming about facts and actually assessing the facts is another point that I am improving.
