d a major impact in both my personal and professional life, as well as both leaders helping me with growing in my career and putting me on the path to success.

Individual Reflection.

A leader is someone who leads you, believes in you. A leader helps others on becoming something greater, and help them succeed. Not all leaders are giving the noble prices, someone leader doesn't get the spot lights. A follower works better with a leader they trust in order to achieve the company goal Bjugstad et al. (2006)

According to Goleman, D. (2000), the pacesetting style, is a leader who sets high performance standards and exemplifies them himself it has very positive impact on employees who are self-motivated and highly competent(p1). The two leaders that I chose are: Tom Magri and Lauren Robinson.

Tom Magri is the support team manager at Bethesda hospital. Lauren Robinson is the charge master analysist at Bethesda Hospital. They both had big impact in my life, professionally and personally.

He did not have any previous training on how to be an outstanding manager or a great leader. He always wanted the best for his employees, with little knowledge on how to lead. He started to have a meeting with his staff every Friday to go over the logs and how he can improve the work atmospheres. He's door was always open for his employees that have concerned or needed it to talk regarding work or something personal. Tom Magri is the definition of pacesetting and authoritative leadership style. He makes sure the company goal is met, and stressful situation he handle everything with care for example the company always give the support team deadline to submit any error that occur in the ICD10, and he always make sure the team as them on
