The aspect of leadership that I need to focus most on improving is that of having the ability to balance work, school, and time with my family. I find that a great deal of the time I spend at home is spent working on schoolwork. This unbalance takes away from time that I should be spending with my husband and children and often leaves me feeling overwhelmed. Many people have the tendency to procrastinate on projects, and find them having to rush to do these tasks at the last minute. A big part of my problem is feeling that I need to complete assignments as soon as they are given. While this can be a good thing it also results in loss of time with my family that could have been balanced better. I plan to work on this quality by allotting time
