For decades, business professors and teachers debate what makes a magnificent leader and if leadership qualities determine the ability of being a successful entrepreneur. As a result of this debate, leadership is divided into three aspects. The first aspect proposes leaders have innate unparalleled set of qualities and abilities to lead others ; they are naturally gifted and talented. The second aspect of the debate proposes leaders are made through what they learn, develop and experience in their lives. Finally, the third aspect suggest a combination of genetically unique born leaders who dedicate themselves to improve their talented abilities in leading.
