The primary leader leadership practices are consultative, coaching, affiliative and visionary. This company culture has always places high value on solidity and rules until now. The leader of this business has always ran an administrative type of organization. The culture of the organization is moving towards more innovation. With the ever changing world and the race for new technology has cause this organizations culture to shift towards innovation. The leader has encouraged all employees to go back to school, take risks, and come up with new ways to do our jobs.
