The Inventory has identified author as being particularly strong in “challenge the process” and weak in “encourage the heart”. An outcome that is consistent with this author’s career at this point in time: as a vocationally registered front-line clinician with limited, but nonetheless, growing managerial responsibilities; and as a pragmatist with boundless imagination but found limited success in translating innovative ideas into clinical realities due to author’s inability to mobilize and sustain popular support.
