Leadership Portfolio: Authentic Leadership Style

During my study on leadership as a subject and on the topic of leadership portfolio I realize that one person has the tendency of acquiring more than one leadership style. After taking the test myself I realize that I belong to three group of leadership style which is transformation leadership style, authentic leadership style and Servant leadership style.
In transformational leadership style my score high in attributes, motivation, behavior and consideration. And authentic leadership style I score high in self- awareness, internalizing moral perspectives and relational transparency. While in servant leadership my score was high in emotional healing, conceptual skill, helping grow and succeed, and putting followers first and finally behaving
