Leadership Philosophy Module 6

Decent Essays
The concept that I found most important from module 6 came from leader influence and was labeled leadership styles. In this section it talked about different leadership styles and when to use them. I found this to be important because a leader that is fluid and will adjust styles depending on the situation, can be very effective. It’s important for a leader to be able to recognize what the climate of a situation, team, or work center is, in order to motivate them towards a common goal. In my opinion, a leader that cannot adapt their leadership style accordingly will eventually erode trust and unity amongst peers and subordinates.
