I think the Leadership Philosophy include two main problems. The first is the relationship between organization and individual. The second is the influence of environment. Any leadership activities through the organization. The role of the leader is to lead the employees doing activities. So as to achieve some purpose. The leader 's organization could make the staff and leaders ' relations more closely. For example, in our class. Professor through meditation, let us relax and listen the class more carefully. This is the embodiment of leadership.

And early to judge the right environmental impact. It will be successful. In the future, I will learn to grasp the relationship between leader and individuals, and try to learn to be a good leader. After learning this course. I have made a clear understanding of my values. And the ability that I need to exercise for my future. For my personal values. I hope I can achieve success through my hard work. In my future career plan. I want to improve my ability is my primary purpose. I Hope I can achieve success in a certain area. This will make my employees more believe and obey me. At the same time, I want to learn how to make friends. How to talk with others rationally. Because good communication skills will make things more successful.

Because I will learn to become a manager in the future. I think this is to rely on the experience of learning. So my plan is to make friends in the company. Understand their ideas, to make the team better. In the future I will use of my own characteristics to making friends. Receive more information through talking with them. And enhance my personal ability. Let them believe in me.
After learning this course. I found meditation can help me a lot. I will continue doing meditate every day. Generally lasts more than twenty minutes per time. In meditation, I cultivate my focus, focus can improve the quality of what I have done almost everything in. Meditation not only make me relax when I feel tired. But also gives me confidence to overcome the problem I might run during my life. Therefore, I think meditate will help me building my ability.
