I see myself as an effective, motivating, and hardworking leader that never settles for less than the best. I believe I am a potent leader because of my constant perseverance, and ability to guide others towards success. An example of this was my junior year of football that has just concluded. As only a junior on the varsity team, not much was expected from me going into the season, but as the season went on, my teammates began to look up to me for guidance and support because of my conviction for the game and my initiative on the field. A prime instance of this was during the Byron game on the road.I started middle linebacker this game, and although we were down by an unrepairable deficit, I lead the defense
