In order to move the business forward, I must examine all areas to determine priorities. The organization does possess one factor that offers great value in that it possesses a combination of both experienced employees who have weathered good and bad times, and recently hired members who are excited about innovative possibilities. This combination offers the potential for the formation of effective communities for change (Jagasia, Baul, and Mallik, 2015). In order to accomplish this, I would make connection with all the associates in the organization my first priority. I would then establish a relationship with those individuals who have had considerable experience in the company, and would build a “Coalition of Trust” (COT) composed of middle management and these individuals as central players in the process.
