This summery discusses my motivation to Leadership. After taking the Leadership Motivation Assessment I feel very satisfied with my score. My total points added up to a score of 65, which implies a strong motivation to lead. The results of my assessment prove that I’m am a leader driven person and I want to continue to strive for Leadership. Throughout my academic career I will continue to gain much knowledge and advance my skills, so I can continue to strive as a leader in my future career.
