Leadership Jazz Case Study

Pree mentioned that jazz-band leaders must choose the music, find the right musicians, and perform-in public. The main idea of Pree’s “Leadership Jazz” is the way that leaders organized each team members based on the environment, the people select, and the performance of the members in the organization.
