A type of leadership style the leader are always hands-off and subordinates members to make the decisions. This is generally the leadership style that leads to the lowest productive leadership. The subordinates make all the decisions the leader stands back and stays out of the way and lets the team carry on and the leader would only explain what is needed in the task and he wouldn’t explain on how to complete the task. The subordinates need to take charge of their own responsibilities this leadership works well if the team are motivated and highly skilled. They also maybe capable of working on their own.
