Leadership which is a major role from being President of the United States to being the line leader in a kindergarten class, leadership is important. It’s the power and authority that a person holds to lead others into the right direction. Leadership is important everywhere you go. Leaders are everywhere we go no matter if they are acknowledge or not. They are our police, principles, pastors, supervisors and the list could go on. Being a leader is what set you apart from others “the followers” making your own decision and doing what you know to be right.
