What is leadership? The definition used in the english dictionary is the position or function of a leader, a person who guides or directs a group. When having the quality of leadership, you are capable of anything you set your mind to. There are so many good examples of people who have the trait of leadership. People often like to look up to leaders because they usually know what they are doing, and if they do not, they act like it so the group does not lose hope in the leader and project they are working on. In fact, a few weeks back my class observed a movie, Apollo 13. The film is based on the true story based on the Apollo 13 mission.
