Leadership is portrayed in The Hunger Games, Coach Carter, Remember The Titans and Avatar through different methods. But in all four films there are effective leaders that are able to overcome challenges and put themselves at risk to create change. True leaders don’t need to have a great technical or intellectual capacity, true leaders just need to have the right attitude and behaviour that relates to the people surrounding and following them. Leadership is not about being served by others but it is the role and the opportunity to serve other people. True leaders know who they are and what they stand for, and are also able to say “do as I do” rather than “do as I say”, because they lead by example.
