In class we are reading a book called “Lord of the flies” there are several kids stuck on an island and there is a leader he takes his role very well. If you were stranded on an island you would want to make sure that there is a leader with you. Some leaders will just mark themselves as leaders and do not do anything about it. Others will have very effective traits like making sure everyone is cooperating, people our provided with what they need, and keeping people busy.
