In class we are reading a book called “Lord of the flies” there are several kids stuck on an island and there is a leader he takes his role very well. If you were stranded on an island you would want to make sure that there is a leader with you. Some leaders will just mark themselves as leaders and do not do anything about it. Others will have very effective traits like making sure everyone is cooperating, people our provided with what they need, and keeping people busy. These are very well and effective traits of a well leader.
A good trait that would want to make someone follow another person’s leadership is making sure that everyone is cooperating and getting along. If you are stranded on an island there is enough to worry about. This leaves
