Leadership is an important factor for business and it is setting a new direction or vision for a group they follow. Management controls or directs people/resources in a group according to principles or values that have been established. Leadership and management are part of the same role because there is a continual adjustment of direction and controlling resources to achieve that direction. Leadership involves: establishing a clear vision, sharing that vision with others so they can follow willingly, providing the knowledge, information, and methods to make that vision real, and coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members and stakeholders. A leader should step up at a time of crisis and is able to think and act creatively in such difficult situations.
Leaders in International Medical Company connect with their employees on regular basis through periodical meetings (daily or weekly or monthly), communicating through different social media applications such as (WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls), regular personal activities, and occasional gatherings such as Ramadan and Eid. A cooperative leading method is a management style that in contrast to authoritarian directive leadership, puts teamwork, and self-organization in the center.
