Leadership is the ability to lead another person or group while still being responsible for their own actions. This takes personal dedication and perseverance to excel and a lifetime to master. Although a goodly amount of leadership comes from personal experience, one can also learn the attributes of being a leader from history. George Washington, Martin Luther King Jr., Abraham Lincoln to name a few. All three men risked their lives daily for what they believed in. They knew what they were doing was right and they all did it to the best of their ability.
