Peter Drucker. Who according to Pamela, predicted most of the changes in the world’s economical market growth in the 20th centuries. For example that “…we need to learn in order to keep our job or get ahead…” (Pamela, 2014). Unlike in the old school days.
Transformational leadership, according to study, is a process of inspiring or motivating followers or workers towards achieving a desire goal or objective. For example, in a situation where a business leader morally support and motivates workers in finding a better way of handling to achieving a better result of their effort, usually by showing or giving examples themselves. “…They are the ones that lead by example…” (Pamela, 2014).
In this scenario of leading process it is logical enough to consider a leader to be a teacher of followers or workers to becoming future leaders. Or how would you consider this practice? This is not just literarily saying teach, but persuading people, workers, or followers in this scene require special social means of doing so.
