In the dictionary, leadership means “a position of a leader”, and a leader is “a person who guides or directs a group”. I know, pretty simple. There are so many other factors that determines a person expressing leadership. Leadership can be direct or indirect. Leadership could with yourself or others. Leadership may include the task ahead or just motivation. Leadership is a capability that many don’t know how to do. Some are naturals, while others strive for is. Martin Luther was not a leader that was chosen from people; he felt like there’s a problem and he was willingly to fix that. It is a trait that anyone could have, but many abuse. Therefore, other traits can be useful to enhance the quality of leadership. Leadership takes account a person’s personality, strengths, and core values. I believe leadership …show more content…
Whether a leader is passive or aggressive, he/she must be able to identify how to connect with other dynamic colors with a group. There may be a time where you, the leader, is one color and the majority of the group may be another. Your color is how you interact with other and yourself. Which is why, you must be able recognize what this color means and the traits that go along with it. My color is blue, which shows that I am personal, compassionate, imaginative, and communicative. As a leader, I will have the ability to put myself in other’s shows. This shows the magnitude of connection between a leader and the group. I will be able to encourage and unite others when situations troubled. My personality definitely attributes these qualities because I am a very emotional person, and when a friend or stranger in need for help, I always have the tendency to help because I know I will want help if I was that person.
