Leadership Competency

In the Leadership competency, I ranked myself meeting expectations because I am able to exude qualities such as living the culture, presence, and personal growth etc. Recently I discussed taking the conn on leading the team in the specialization of Origination where I would maintain an in-depth understanding of the direction of the business and take ownership of communicating direction with other team members to execute various goals set. This would include delegating responsibilities to team members such as visitation to Calibration meetings expectations or holding ourselves accountable for meeting goals and deadlines.
I believe that I am improving in personal growth as I learn to accept new challenges and responsibilities. I have taken accountability
