The assessment that I chose for this assignment was from the Box 11.4: Perceived leadership Integrity Scale (PLIS) because I wanted to have a clear understanding about the behaviors/perceptions based on integrity. This questionnaire used a set of numbers from 1= not at all 2= somewhat 3= very much 4= exactly, in order to answer 31 questions. These numbers indicate how well each item describes immediate supervisors/leaders. Consequently, the lowest possible score is 31, and the highest 124; the higher the total score on the scale, the lower the perception of integrity of the person being rated.

I wanted to make sure about what others feel about my behaviors to fix anything (if I had to). My total score was 39, so I am glad to see that individuals perceived me as a woman with integrity.
Step 2—Reflect on what the results reveal about your leadership communication behaviors. Respond to the following questions:
• What have you learned from completing this exercise? The 31 questions on this questionnaire actually made me realize the evil things that many leaders/supervisors put their followers/employees through. Consequently, I focused on the answers in which I had a 2=somewhat, to see if I can “fix it” and be the best that I can be. For example, Q2 says always get even, so some people think that I will somewhat get even.
• How has your self-understanding increased? My self-understanding has increased in the areas where I’ve scored more than one point because I did not have the slightest idea of the ways that I was being perceived by others; I thought that I was going to get a perfect score, but to my surprise, I have some work to
