Of the ten characteristics, I resonate the most with empathy, healing, and awareness. In any situation that is tense or stressful, I try to put myself in the other person’s shoes, so I can attempt to understand their perspective. I also am very concerned with my teams’ well-being, or any personal issues they may be facing. Lastly, in the middle of chaos or tense issues, I try to focus on self-awareness, and I seek to understand how I may be impacting the issue.
