Leaders bring together individuals with key skills to achieve a goal or task. Leaders should possess qualities of communication, motivation, knowledge, innovation, and passion. Everyone at some point in life will take on a leadership position. This assessment was a great tool to define the leadership strengths of a person. Understanding my leadership strengths will help me maximize on those strengths in order to overcome the areas in which I am weak. On the leadership assessment I scored the highest in experienced guide. An experienced guide is someone who is the listening ear for others and skilled at helping others work through their problems.
