Herminio, great post. I believe that the leadership assessment score is a great way of showing you your current leadership style and how your organization is run. I think we all pick up new tricks and traits from our leadership classes but often times we revert back to leadership styles that fit with our organizational culture. I personally scored highest in selling and participating leadership styles. These scores accurately reflect my organizational culture since we have a new CNO who has implemented some difficult changes but has asked the subordinate leaders to “sell” these changes as a positive step in the right direction.
