In completing the assessment I was surprised with my results, but satisfied. It allowed me to see what my strengths were as well as the areas that I need improvement in. On the assessment I did not score below a three in any area. My scores are as follows: Setting Instructional Direction 4, Teamwork 4.14, Sensitivity 4.89, Judgment 4.30, Results Orientation 5, Organizational Ability 3.71, Oral Communication 3.71, Written Communication 3, Development of Others 4, and Understanding Own Strengths and Weakness 5. I am motivated and passionate about my vision and I feel as I am an inspiration to others by supporting them and helping them become leaders. I abide by policies, set expectations of employees, and follows through with projects. I build rapports with employees, show empathy, and I work as a team player. My motto is to never ask others to carry out a project that I would not do myself.
