When I read this aphorism it immediately clicked with me because this is something I had to learn to do to become a good leader. A leader isn’t someone who bosses people around to do things that will just benefit them.. A leader is someone who learns from their weaknesses and inspires others to better themselves.
Middle school is the starting point where you start making decisions on what kind of person you want to be, and for me I knew I wanted to be the kind of person someone looked up too.
